University lets rape accuser bring experienced lawyer, won’t let accused bring one

'Lynn University let a sexual-assault accuser bring her lawyer and repeatedly “intervene” in a conduct hearing, while the accused student’s adviser – his mother – had to remain silent, according to a federal lawsuit filed against the South Florida school last week.

The accused student, whose athletic and academic scholarships were revoked, said Lynn yanked him off the baseball team several weeks before his hearing. It then suspended him after ignoring its own policy on incapacitation.

In an unusual move for a due-process lawsuit, “John Doe” identifies his accuser by her real name, though it appears to be misspelled. He also identifies several student witnesses by their real names.'

'a storm is brewing'. one of my favorite shows oft coins the phrase, 'winter is coming'.

every comment section left & right all over the net is full of this apocalyptic rhetoric. the most successful movies/shows are about the end of days. our own government lies to its employers (the people), and signs secret agreements w/ insane and deadly rulers wanting us dead. it is now overrun w/ millions of overpaid and unqualified ee's hired solely because of their political affiliation, and heavily armed. false flag ops are common, and obvious w/only a small amount of research (ex: sandy hook hoax). the net is being constantly monitored, and who hasn't had posts critical to this admin. strangely disappear? the msm is almost 100% on board. events like sandy hook won't even be brought up, unless it is to ask for more $$ and more gun control. calling people names and the use of shaming tactics now pass for political discussion. go to a discussion of some strange gov. action and the shills try to dominate the discussion. these people are in full combat mode and don't want any truth about their motives even questioned.

the betrayal that is going on in our society is so obvious it strains the mind to believe it is really happening. 'it couldn't happen here', the phrase we all heard growing up, is finally happening where it was never supposed to happen. here, in the country of the free. we are being slowly cooked alive by our apathy in sauce of our own making.
